Martindale Place is a community that consists of a variety of units; small bachelor units, large and small 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, and 2 bedroom patio homes with a basement and a garage, for a total of 118 units. All units come with 5 appliances including washer and dryer. Life Lease Prices range from $56,000 to $207,800.
Fine Amenities & Activites
There is a fire-side lounge with kitchen, which can be booked for your own private family gatherings at no extra cost. A well stocked library, games room, exercise room, arts and crafts rooms, special care bathroom, and a guest suite to accommodate your visiting family or friends. The adjoining, air-conditioned church hall facilitates large meetings and, of course the shuffle board club. Weekly bible study and hymn singing sessions are held in the fire-side lounge.
